ABOUT
TJLaw Shearing Supplies has been involved in the shearing industry since 1993. Principal Tao Jiang, together with shearing gear expert John Hand, helped introduce Chinese-made shearing combs and cutters into the Australian and New Zealand markets, and taught manufacturers such as Beiyuan, Ace and Expert how to produce reliable, high-quality shearing combs and cutters.
In 2025, TJLaw Shearing Supplies established its own factory in China, where all TJLAW-branded combs and cutters are manufactured under strict quality control. We use high-quality steel, the latest production equipment and advanced manufacturing technology available in China to deliver gear that enters well, cuts well and cuts straight out of the packets

Tao (Jean) has an engineering qualification and has been working in the shearing gear industry since her early 20s.
She is very strict on quality control as she understands that quality is the life of the product. She knows what shearers want and she knows how to manufacture good gear in the factory.
​
On a side note, she is a qualified accountant, and a Notary Public in Australia. She runs her own law firm TJLAW Lawyers in Australia and is a Barrister in New Zealand.
